CH Baha Babylon and On, "Ginger"

Ginger was bred by our friends Caroline Coile of Baha Salukis and Rachel Rehberg. She has been shown sparingly to date, with great success. At the 2021 AKC National All-Breed Puppy and Junior Stakes, she won best of breed under Julie Mueller (Aurora Salukis), and Group 1 under Lisa Miller of Kiarry American Foxhound fame. The Next Day at the AKC National Championship she won Best of Winners for her first major. She then won winners bitch at four more shows including two more majors and two wins at a hound specialty.

CH Wynsyr Baghdad Crime of Passion, "Trixie"

Trixie is our keeper from Demi’s litter sired by Caroline Coile’s multi talented dog PePe. Trixie was only shown on specialty and hound show weekends. She finished her championship at the C-Flash specialty with best of winners and best of opposite sex over specials. Although she finished her title easily, dog shows are not her favorite activity so we are looking forward to her next chapter as an important part of our breeding program.

CH Wynsyr Karista Rhinestone Cowboy, "Sam"

Sam is a stunning gold grizzle dog from our Azim X DeeDee litter. His first outing was to the SCOA National Specialty Weekend. He won Best of Winners for a 5 point major in an entry of 98 salukis at the supported entry prior to SCOA under Karen Dumke, and won his class at the National under Starr White of Windstorm Salukis. He finished with three majors (two supported entires), a breed win and a group placement. In his one show since finishing Sam won the breed for a five point major toward his Grand Championship.

CH Wynsyr Karista Black N White Knight, "Riley"

Riley was a "surprise parti" from our Azim X DeeDee litter! Co-owned with Fran O'Quinn and Tina Jensen, he lives with his litter brother Sam.

Riley finished in extremely limited showing. Now he's just awaiting maturity.

CH Wynsyr Karista's Encore, "Cory"

From our Adon X DeeDee litter, Cory was the pick of our co-breeder Terri Parker.

Recently he has come to camp Wynsyr to be shown to his title! He finished his title in very limited showing with best of breed wins over top BIS winning competition. He is enjoying retirement with his sister Ginny with Karen Devon in Tucson.

CH Wynsyr Karista Bombay Sapphire, Ginny

Ginny is from our Adon X DeeDee litter.

She began her career in February of 2015, and finished June 14, 2015 at the Chicagoland Hound Specialty! She now resided with co-owner Karen Devon, Taj Mahal Salukis, in Tucson, AZ.

CH Baghdad Thief of Hearts, "Azim"

We are thrilled to announce that we have acquired a co-ownership on Baghdad Thief of Hearts. Azim is co-owned by Hannah Garner, of Durant, Oklahoma.

Azim stayed with us for 18 months and we grew to love him both in and out of the ring.

Bred in the famous Baghdad Kennels of Paula Bockman-Chato (Australia), Azim is sired by BIS Aus. CH Haadiyyah Samir of Gorewater (Imp. UK), out of BIS/SBIS Aust. CH Taejaan Erin Brokovitch. He is a full litter brother to the 2010 SCOA Best of Breed Winner, MSBIS/BIS GCH Baghdad Be Still My Heart.

During his time at Wynsyr, Azim quickly earned his championship. He was Best of Winners at the Huron Valley Saluki Club Supported entry in Kalamazo, MI under Luc Boileau, and won his third major under sight hound authority Bo Bengston at the American Saluki Association Supported entry following the Huron Valley Specialy. We are VERY excited to incorporate this boy into our breeding program, and we be forever indebted to the Garner family for sharing him with us!

To date Azim has sired one litter out of our DeeDee . This stunning litter is already making it's mark in show rings around the country.
